Adecco is hiring a Execution Manager for one of its clients – a leading agribusiness company active in the production, storage, and international trade of grains and oilseeds, recognized for its modern infrastructure, strong export operations, and commitment to efficiency and sustainability across the entire agricultural supply chain.
Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end execution of commodity contracts (grains, oilseeds, etc.), ensuring timely, efficient, and compliant delivery to customers or from suppliers. Acts as the key link between traders, logistics, suppliers, customers, and quality teams.
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years in operational execution, logistics, or commodity trading, preferably in agribusiness.
- Fluent in English and Romanian; Ukrainian – an advantage.
- Knows internal regulations, standard operating procedures, and other regulatory documents of the Company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
- Knowledge of documentation principles for product purchases.
- Knowledge of international trade contracts, Incoterms, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good negotiation and communication abilities.
- Experience with ERP/trading platforms.
- Familiar with port operations, inspection agencies, and customs.
- Manage contract execution from trade confirmation to final delivery (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, trucking, and warehousing for domestic and international deliveries.
- Issue and control all contract documents (invoices, BLs, certificates, phytosanitary, customs docs, etc.).
- Monitor contract timelines, follow up with counterparties and service providers.
- Track contract execution efficiency, timely payments, and cargo quality control.
- Ensure all operations follow GAFTA/FOSFA or other trade rules.
- Handle claims, demurrage/despatch calculations, and operational disputes.
- Support traders with execution insights and status updates.
- Maintain accurate execution records and ERP system entries.
- Handle accruals management to ensure accurate financial forecasting and cost tracking.
- Control and monitor receptions and deliveries of goods in and out of rented warehouses.
