Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, a Expansion Expert, in Timisoara.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail expansion, real estate, or site acquisition role.
- Relevant university degree or high school diploma.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of the local retail real estate market and an established network of contacts.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic locations for new store openings across Romania.
- Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and site assessments for potential locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the lease negotiation process and coordinate with legal, construction, and operations teams.
- Operate independently over a broad area, particularly in the initial phase.
- Support the execution of the expansion strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
