This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to start their career as a Business Analyst in our finance team. You'll work with cross-functional teams, represent finance, and develop a solid understanding of the company’s financial processes. What the role offers
- Provide analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business.
- Perform data extraction and analyzes data to make recommendations.
- Handle financial business issues.
- Support policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.
- Represent finance on cross- functional teams.
- Develop an understanding of company's financial processes and a working knowledge of the business.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of forecasts, and compliance against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
What you need to succeed
- First-level university degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in progress or completed, preferably with a focus in Business, Economics, or related fields ( ASE, University of Bucharest etc.), or equivalent experience.
- Typically 0+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- Basic understanding of accounting processes
- Basic analytical skills
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
- A strong customer service orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow through each task to its completion
