1. FP&A and Month-End Support
- Assist in monthly closing activities and perform financial validation checks;
- Monitor accuracy of P&L and balance sheet figures;
- Prepare and update Fixed Assets / CAPEX reports on a monthly basis;
- Support budgeting and forecasting through analytical insights and variance analysis.
2. CAPEX Controlling & Business Cases
- Prepare business cases for new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments;
- Perform ROI and profitability analysis for investment projects;
- Present and defend business cases in front of top management;
- Monitor project spending versus approved budgets and review deviations by cost category.
3. Management Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and executive presentations;
- Develop clear, visual storytelling presentations for senior management;
- Continuously improve the quality and automation of management reporting (Excel / Power BI).

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Financial / Business Controlling, FP&A, or Audit;
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, analysis, dashboards) and ERP knowledge (Charisma / SAP / Navision);
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate numbers into business insights;
- Analytical mindset, proactivity, and openness to digital transformation.
