- At least ten years’ equivalent working experience (as full-time employment), CFO or Financial Director experience is preferred
- Accounting, Economics or Finance bachelor’s degree
- Experience working for a manufacturing company and familiar with inventory processes – an Advantage
- Knowledge of Romanian accounting principles and taxation
- High level experience in Microsoft Office
- Capability to quickly understand new technologies and situations
- Fluent in Romanian and in English Language at professional level (reading, speaking and writing)
- Ability to respect deadlines
- Experience in managing a finance team of more than 6 employees

- Managing the finance department (approximately 6 employees)
- Develop the company's strategy and policy in the financial-accounting fields, and in accordance with Head Quarter principals
- Prepare the annual budget of the company, and actual vs. budget analysis on a quarterly basis
- Prepare the cash flow budget and analysis actual vs. budget monthly
- Maintain forecasts for P&L and Cash flow on a quarterly basis
· Coordinates all financial and accounting statements in accordance with the legislation in force (Romanian GAAP and US GAAP).
- Responsible for maintaining the company's payment capacity (liquidity, solvency);
- Coordinate the payment of salary rights, taxes, suppliers and creditors within the established deadlines;
- Manage the Company costs within budget limits
- Perform high-level analytical analysis for production activity to identify unusual activities on a monthly basis
· Organizes the inventory of the company's assets and periodic revaluation of the assets in accordance with the legislation in force;
- Maintains inventory levels in according with budget and forecast, including inventory turn over and trends based on demands from the business team
- Examine accounting records, process and interpret financial data
- Collaborate/report also to the parent company's finance department
- Prepare quarterly financial reporting required by the group
- Responsible for relation with the banks
