• Relevant experience in a financial leadership role (Finance Manager / Senior Controller)
• Exposure to organizational growth, transformation or scaling contexts
• Strong financial analysis, strategic thinking and results orientation skills
• Leadership skills, process structuring and communication with senior stakeholders
• Experience in an educational, entrepreneurial or investment environment is an advantage

• Defining and implementing the financial strategy in line with the organization's scaling and growth objectives
• Coordinating budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management control processes
• Developing and optimizing financial and management reporting systems
• Ensuring financial discipline, cash flows and cost structure
