Your impact:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, focusing on visually compelling and brand-consistent materials for one of Yardi’s flagship B2B SaaS products, Yardi Breeze, serving the North American real estate market. Your work will support advertising campaigns, email marketing initiatives, blog and website content, and other marketing collateral.
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing marketing department of over 150 specialists working across Yardi’s global product portfolio, where innovation, learning, and professional growth are encouraged.
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create high-quality, responsive, consistent, and compelling visuals. Whether it’s designing website elements, crafting visuals for email campaigns, or developing marketing collateral, your work will play a key role in growing our brand’s presence online.
You’ll help shape how property management professionals discover and engage with Yardi Breeze through high-impact marketing experiences that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and product adoption.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What you'll bring along:
- A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- A strong sense of color, proportion, and layout
- Excellent knowledge of graphic and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), and/or Figma
- A creative mind
- Ability to translate strategic intent into engaging and visually appealing design concepts
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and seamlessly shift focus between projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Good English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Understanding of digital performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, engagement)
- UI/UX knowledge
- Experience in video design and editing
What you'll do:
- Design conversion-focused digital assets including landing pages, paid media ads, email campaign visuals, social graphics, and other performance-driven marketing materials
- Create compelling campaign concepts and visuals that support product launches, feature promotions, and demand generation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, and content teams to develop creative assets aligned with messaging, positioning, and strategic goals
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to optimize visual performance across the buyer journey, from awareness to lead generation and customer engagement
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of high-converting landing pages and campaign experiences
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print marketing touchpoints, maintaining alignment with Yardi’s visual identity and brand guidelines
- Support the creation of sales enablement materials, presentations, brochures, and other collateral that effectively communicate product value
- Adapt creative assets for multiple formats, channels, and audiences while maintaining quality and clarity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail
- Stay up to date with B2B SaaS design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging creative tools
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions that elevate the visual presence and competitive positioning of Yardi Breeze
