We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented hotel administrator assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This position combines guest services and administrative tasks, requiring the candidate to have excellent communication skills, responsibility, and the ability to multitask in the dynamic environment of the hotel business. The successful candidate will assist with guest relations, room reservations, correspondence, and coordination of staff and suppliers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing consulting support to hotel guests – assisting guests with inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Crisis management – handling complaints and unexpected issues promptly, resolving conflicts, and maintaining service quality in challenging situations.
  • Setting guests – organizing check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience with personalized attention.
  • Communication with suppliers – coordinating with external vendors and service providers (laundry, cleaning, catering, maintenance), monitoring quality and deadlines.
  • Receiving calls and emails – managing incoming calls and correspondence, providing professional responses, and addressing customer and partner requests in a timely manner.
  • Booking rooms – processing reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems, confirming requests, and considering guests’ special preferences.
  • Managing hotel load on booking websites – overseeing hotel occupancy on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), adjusting rates, availability, and promotions to maximize revenue.

Salary:

From €2500 to €3200 - per month, accommodation, three meals per day, airline tickets from Milan or Rome and back – at the employer's expense.

Requirements:

  • education – secondary or secondary specialized;
  • basic English language knowledge;
  • punctuality, responsibility;
  • experience in the hospitality industry;
  • politeness, decency, no bad habits.
