What will you do :
As a People & Culture Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our team and drive the growth of our organization in Cluj. Here’s what this looks like in action:
Active participation in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Preparation of all HR documents (contracts, terminations, adendums, suspensions, etc.)
Preparation of the monthly payroll, including the control of accruals.
Supporting managers in planning schedules for in-store colleagues.
Daily communication with our in-store colleagues.
Monitoring key employee and business performance indicators.
