Responsibilities
- Process movements (transfers, promotion) and leaver requests
- Process HR Administration requests
- Answer client’s calls and emails
- Process client’s queries and escalations
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams
- Successful process related problem solving
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Maintain HR system catalogues
- Manage HR organization structure
- Manage time
- Adjust records
- Process separation
- Reporting
Desired candidate profile
- Valid experience of 1 year in HR domain
- Good verbal and written English communication skills (minim B2)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent job organization and time management skills
- Attention to details and very good analytical skills
- Bachelor degree
