What will you do as an HR Operational Excellence Specialist?
This role involves monitoring and analyzing center performance to identify improvement opportunities, conducting thorough diagnostic assessments within assigned regions, and acting as a PMO (organizational project management) for key operational excellence initiatives. The goal is to drive efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with our overarching global HR strategy.
The role will partner across diverse HR areas and adept at managing projects, organizational change, and continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean, Agile, C and ADKAR.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive efficiency on HR processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, as well as cost optimization
- Collects and analyzes available data from various sources to understand problems, identify new opportunities, and trends or cause/effects
- Ensure knowledge base accuracy and documented processes according HR taxonomy – Process Maps, Scripts, SOP, Q&A, checklists, user guidance, training materials, etc.
- Focus on customers satisfaction, support action plans creation and execution
- Guarantee Stakeholders Governance Meetings periodically
- Act as a change agent in the projects involve the scope region and be Focal Point for Global initiatives and projects
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness for project implemented

- Optimizes HR operations for efficiency and cost savings.
- Leads impactful projects, delivering measurable value.
- Improves HR service, enhancing stakeholders and employee satisfaction.
- Aligns regional processes with global HR strategies.
As our future colleague, you should have:
- Bachelor’s in administration management, engineer, or related discipline in an equivalent education (mandatory)
- Master’s in project management or related (nice to have)
- 5-7 years of experience HR operations, administration, or payroll.
- Green or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/ PMBOK methodologies certification or strong knowledge (mandatory)
- Change management skills and certification (nice to have)
- Advanced English language skill (mandatory)
- Advanced Spanish/ Portuguese language skill is an advantage
- Data analytics skills in MS tools as Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Power BI (nice to have)
- Strong documentation skills, a data-driven mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
