• At least five years’ equivalent working experience (as full-time employment)
• Good understanding of full cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (sociology, psychology …) or training in HR management
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Capability to work under minimum supervision
• Capability to quickly understand new technologies and situations
• Fluent in Romanian and good in English Language (reading, speaking and writing) • Proactive and positive behavior
• Responsible for the Manpower of 50-100 employees of a High End Production Facility, including recruitments, monitoring and maintaining.
• Be the advisory unit in the Plant who provides management continuous status regarding the workforce of the Plant
• Update all employees’ records with all required information and/or changes in employment status
• Management of the recruitment process (JD definition and posting, interviews, negotiations, discussions with recruiting agencies, preparation and submission of offers etc.)
• Permanent communication with employees about their status, feelings, needs, promotion, satisfaction, etc.
• Daily timekeeping of the employees and preparing required reports to the management
• Keep track of employees’ leaves
• Keep track of employees’ delegations
• Keep track of employees' daily attendance
• Plan and track the performance evaluation sessions
• Plan and ensure the annual occupational medicine control
• Prepare and review benefits and compensation packages
• Administer health and life insurance programs, private pension contributions
• Implement training and development plans
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
• Advise and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
• Management of the GDPR, Reges, Ethic and Antibribery codes
• Interface with the relevant state authorities
• Participates and helps with internal and external audits
• Preparing reports and communication with the management
