The candidate will join the central Group ICT organization and contribute to a multi-year Digital Transformation Program, aimed at designing, implementing, and rolling out the new Digital Factory model.
As ICT Project Manager, she/he will be part of the ICT Solutions organization focused on Industrial & Operations Technologies. A strong background in both technology and business processes is required.
· University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields to Manufacturing/Supply Chain;
· 3+ years of professional experience as Project Manager in multinational companies;
· Knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations processes (manufacturing, industrialization, planning, logistics, quality), ideally with expertise in WCM or Lean Manufacturing methodologies;
· Solid experience with:
o MES/MOM and factory applications (e.g., Rockwell Plex, Dassault Delmia Apriso, Kepware, Prometeo)
o integration between OT systems (machines, sensors, PLCs) and IT systems (MES, ERP, cloud), using protocols and technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, REST API, SCADA, …
· Familiar with:
o telecommunication networks, security aspects, and infrastructure services
o SAP
· Pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills
· Proven capability to lead change and motivate teams during project execution
· PMI or Prince2 certifications are a plus
· Fluent in English and good command of Italian
· Availability to travel
· Acting as ICT Project Leader for the assigned initiatives in manufacturing area, specifically:
o Standardizing manufacturing applications and processes
o Implementing and rolling out the new Digital Factory model
· Supporting the ICT Manufacturing Lead in managing the ICT demand
· Managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating assigned resources (internal and/or external suppliers)
· Monitoring and controlling project progress and costs, including Change Requests (CR)
· Overseeing ICT Specialists’ activities in the manufacturing domain
· Interfacing with Business Process Owners, Key/End Users, Business Project Managers, and ICT HQ teams to gather requirements and evaluate implementation options
· Ensuring service availability and performance in collaboration with Help Desk, Architecture teams (Infrastructure and TLC), and external suppliers
