Adecco is recruiting for a multinational company, leader in thermal comfort industry, a Technical Product Owner / Project Manager, responsible for delivering digital solutions for the Sales, Marketing and Service areas, within a digital transformation context and complex technology products.
Role
You will act as a bridge between product strategy and technical execution, working closely with Digital Engineering teams, Product Management and Business Stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products aligned with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- 3–5+ years of experience in ICT project management or digital product management (Sales, Marketing, Service)
- Experience with CRM, e-commerce or web portal solutions (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager – advantage)
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Planner, Asana, Trello
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

- Define and clearly communicate product vision, roadmap and priorities to technical teams
- Manage the product backlog together with the Product Manager or coordinate project execution together with the Business Project Manager
- Coordinate engineering teams (internal, external or hybrid)
- Act as the main interface between the Product Manager and technical teams
- Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Monitor KPIs, product/project progress and implement corrective actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Plan capacity and coordinate technical resources
- Prepare project documentation (charter, scope, risks, status)
- Participate in vendor selection and contract management
- Define and monitor product/project budgets
