We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training material.
- Excellent English skills
- At least 1 year experience in designing and implementing learning programs
- At least 1 year experience as Trainer.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
- Openness to continually update skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends and new teaching methods.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple training sessions.
- Ability to work with diverse teams, manage conflicts, and facilitate group discussions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing organizational needs.
- Understanding of organizational goals and alignment of training with business objectives.
- Ability to assess training needs and translate them into effective training programs.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using software tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Genially, Canva)
- Proven record of self-development and participation at training sessions

Responsibilities:
Training Development:
- Design and develop training programs (in-person, online, hybrid) that meet the organization’s needs.
- Collaborate with vertical/department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Create instructional materials such as presentation items, graphic and interactive materials, tests and assessments, traditional resources.
Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions, and workshops for employees across different levels.
- Facilitate onboarding program for new hires and continuous development programs for existing employees.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques and media to enhance learning effectiveness.
Training Evaluation:
- Assess training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback forms.
- Track and report on training metrics (attendance, completion rates, training plan).
- Continuously update and improve training programs based on feedback and organizational needs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with leadership, and other departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on internal training and development initiatives.
Administration:
- Ensure training records are maintained.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking rooms, open tickets and arranging materials.
- Ensure all training complies with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, new training techniques, and tools to enhance the training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and recommend training solutions to fill those gaps.
