Job Description:- Updates training details in AUMOVIO’s Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors);
- Organizes / schedules classes in AUMOVIO’s Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors);
- Books resources, ensures event preparation (e.g. guest speakers, trainer briefing, participant list, materials, facilities, technical equipment);
- Handles bookings, cancellations and communication with 3rd parties (e.g. trainers, hotels, event locations)
- Tracks participation status and manages participants;
- Documents status (e.g. status “learning successfully completed”)
- Initiates CEOS process centrally (if applicable);
- Collects, consolidates and reports learning KPIs, feedback and effectiveness measurements.
- University studies ongoing;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Well developed communications skills, virtually and in person;
- Customer focus and quality orientation;
- Good planning and organizing skills;
- Intercultural Competence;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel experience including creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPS, and charts/graphs will be a plus.
