Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated intern to support the Hardware Engineering Solutions team in developing and improving internal processes, methods, and work instructions. This role is ideal for someone interested in technical documentation, process optimization, and gaining hands-on experience in a hardware development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining documentation, methods and processes for hardware development activities;
- Develop work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with internal standards;
- Collaborate with hardware engineers and project managers to gather requirements and validate documentation;
- Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and suggesting optimizations;
- Ensure documentation aligns with quality standards and is easily accessible for all stakeholders.
This is what it takes to be a successful intern in Hardware Engineering Solutions team:
- Currently student in a technical area (Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field);
- Basic understanding of hardware development processes;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, structured documentation;
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment;
- Logical and structural thinking;
- Good communication skills and team-oriented approach;
- Good English skill in speaking, writing and listening.
