About the Role:
As a Business Analyst intern in the IT GTM Applications - CPQ team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our revenue applications, exposure to the Salesforce platform and the opportunity to work with experienced professionals. You will work closely with our various business partners to align and strategize technology solutions with business needs. Your role sits within a continuously evolving environment, requiring you to proactively adapt and contribute to the organization's ongoing growth and various priorities. About the Team:
The CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) team is a critical component of CrowdStrike's GTM technology organization. We own and optimize the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, enabling our global sales teams to efficiently configure complex cybersecurity solutions, generate accurate pricing, and deliver professional quotes to customers.
Our team partners closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure our quoting platform supports CrowdStrike's rapid growth and evolving product portfolio. We're responsible for maintaining product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and discount structures while continuously improving the user experience for our sales organization.

What You’ll Do:
Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from the various business stakeholders
Support the development of user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support stakeholder decision-making and track key CPQ metrics
Create enablement materials including user guides, process documentation, and demo videos
Assist in preparation for leadership updates, steering committee decks, quarterly newsletters and other org-wide key updates to the executive leadership team
Shadow senior team members during requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings
What You’ll Need:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field in your penultimate year (2027 graduates)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Workspace
Basic understanding of CRM concepts (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required)
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
