Responsibilities
- Discover and define requirements: Elicit, analyze, and document business needs through workshops, workflows, storyboards, and use cases. Translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria and manage them across the lifecycle.
- Engage and align stakeholders: Act as a liaison between business teams and development squads. Collaborate with support teams and external suppliers to validate solutions and confirm new functionalities. Communicate updates and decisions to project managers, sponsors, and business owners.
- Own and prioritize the backlog: Lead grooming sessions, balance competing priorities, and ensure alignment with strategic goals—including technical debt remediation.
- Support delivery and drive improvement: Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning, prepare release documentation, investigate cross-environment issues, and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate on UX and product design: Work with UX designers to shape intuitive interfaces, contribute to mock-ups, and ensure business needs are reflected in the user experience.
Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis across multiple software projects
- Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience gathering and refining requirements through workshops and structured techniques
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Solid understanding of data models, UML diagrams, and business processes
- UX collaboration experience — able to contribute to UI mock-ups and intuitive design
- Skilled in product discovery and translating customer expectations into actionable items
- Clear communicator, proactive, well-organized, and results-driven
- Experience with integration projects and cross-functional delivery is a plus
