Our requirements:
- University degree in IT
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems (client)
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WLAN, VLAN) and mobile devices (primarily iOS)
- Basic understanding of IT security and data protection
- Printers and peripheral devices
- Experience with ticket systems (ServiceNow)
- Advanced German language skills (spoken and written)
- Strong service orientation and customer focus
- Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., AI tools)
Your responsibilities:
- Receiving and handling IT requests or problems via telephone (German, English and Romanian) and the ticket system
- Resolving standard issues (e.g., software errors/installations, printer problems, password resets)
- Forwarding complex cases to internal 2nd or 3rd level support
- Documenting all processes and ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Proactive communication with users to ensure high service quality
