Main tasks
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development team, own technical requirements, and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Agile Collaboration: Shape agile processes and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- End-to-end Development: Work across a full tech stack (Angular, React, or Vue.js, Java, MS SQL, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines).
- Architecture & Design: Continuously improve system architecture, aligning with technical and business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Represent the team in meetings, track progress, and align roadmaps with stakeholders.
- Code Excellence: Deliver clean, secure, high-quality code through TDD, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Problem-solving: Address complex challenges with innovative, practical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and empower team members to excel and collaborate effectively.
- Innovation: Dedicate time to creative projects during iteration.
Your profile
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
- At least 2+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with at least one front-end tech such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD automation, object-relational databases, and SQL scripting.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture and cloud development (preferably on GCP).
- Proficiency with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and GKE.
- Experience working in agile environments, such as SCRUM or KANBAN.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering team collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
- Innovative problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
