What will you be doing in this role?
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Performing day‑to‑day tasks related to banking activities using specialized software and tools, according to predefined manuals, policies, and procedures
- Offering support to the customers in German on topics related to various documents
- Sharing knowledge inside the team, creating and maintaining good communication relationships with all involved departments
