Your impact:
Hubble, now part of the Yardi family, is the UK’s leading online marketplace for coworking and flexible office space. The platform enables individuals and businesses to discover, compare, and book workspaces across a wide range of options, such as coworking desks, private offices, managed offices, meeting rooms, and event venues.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Junior Account Executive to join our Workspace Advisory Team. This is a sales-oriented role, ideal for someone early in their career. You’ll be a key player in our high-volume, small business sales model, supporting clients and closing deals in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What you'll bring along:
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer support or sales (in any industry). No real estate experience needed—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English is essential. Clarity, professionalism, and confidence in communication are a must.
- Self-Motivation & Autonomy: You’re eager to close deals and thrive in environments where you take initiative and own your success.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and eager to adopt new technologies that help you work smarter.
What you’ll do:
- Handle Inbound Requests – Respond to inbound leads from the Hubble platform. Understand client requirements, share tailored recommendations, and guide them toward workspace viewings – primarily through email-based communications, and occasionally by phone.
- Be a Trusted Advisor – Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and space availability, to deliver valuable, consultative advice that builds trust and long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate & Close Deals – Manage negotiations between clients and office providers. Drive new business and revenue by converting leads into successful transactions and exceeding sales targets.
