Your role:
- Processing and validating order requests, including price verification, supplier selection, quantity determination, and delivery deadline tracking in SAP;
- Tracking the processes and making necessary adjustments to specifications as needed throughout the process;
- Collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders representatives to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely fulfillment;
- Managing post-delivery complaints and addressing discrepancies in orders, packaging, documentation, or system data management;
- Maintaining accurate supplier databases and ensuring data compliance across systems;
- Organizing and moderating meetings to address workflow questions, optimize processes and document minutes of meetings (MoMs);
- Creating and tracking prediction curves for project planning and reporting purposes.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Your profile:
- Fluent German language skills (written and verbal) with strong English communication skills;
- Basic understanding of automotive industry processes or willingness to learn;
- Affinity for technical tools and processes, with ability to adapt quickly to new systems;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders;
- Basic knowledge of requirements and test management is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is an advantage.
