Your impact:

Hubble, now part of the Yardi family, is the UK’s leading online marketplace for coworking and flexible office space. The platform enables individuals and businesses to discover, compare, and book workspaces across a wide range of options – such as coworking desks, private offices, managed offices, meeting rooms, and event venues.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Business Development Representative, focused on the UK and New York market. While this role sits within our sales team, it’s not a traditional sales position. It’s a unique blend of customer support, lead research, and outreach—ideal for someone proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about helping businesses discover flexible office space solutions.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.

What you'll bring along:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (any industry), or a strong interest in the field as a recent graduate.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written English is essential, with confident spoken English preferred. You’ll be engaging with clients in a professional and articulate manner across various channels.
  • Self-Motivation & Autonomy: You’re task-oriented, independent, and driven to generate and qualify as many opportunities as possible.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Creative and resourceful—you think outside the box, enjoy testing new outreach strategies, and thrive on uncovering untapped lead sources.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and eager to adopt new tools that boost performance and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Research Prospective Companies
    Use LinkedIn and other tools to research prospective companies—understand their current office setup, key decision-makers, and business needs.
  • Reach Out to Relevant Stakeholders
    Connect with stakeholders using a mix of email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls to introduce Hubble and explain how our platform can help.
  • Convert Generated Opportunities to Sales Leads
    Qualify the opportunities you generate through outreach and pass them to the sales team to close the deal.
  • Identify New Lead Sourcing Opportunities
    Use your creativity and initiative to find new ways to identify and approach high-potential leads based on your understanding of our ideal customer and the likelihood of them responding to your outreach.
