Your Impact
As a Junior Collections Specialist at OpenText, you’ll play a key role in optimizing revenue conversion into cash. You'll manage a customer portfolio, assess credit risk, ensure timely collections, and help resolve disputes. Through collaboration with internal teams and customers, you’ll support the company’s financial performance while developing your own career in global finance.

What You Need to Succeed
A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of accounting principles and dispute resolution processes
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to prioritize tasks
Comfort working independently while contributing to team goals
