Your Impact:
We’re looking for a Junior Visual Media Specialist who can transform real-world properties into immersive, interactive 360° virtual experiences.
This is a creative–technical role that blends spatial thinking, visual storytelling, and light front-end implementation. You’ll apply your understanding of 3D space, composition, and user flow to build interactive environments that connect users to places in meaningful, intuitive ways.
You’ll be joining Yardi’s expanding visual media team, working on virtual tours, photography, and visual content used across the RentCafe platform.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What You’ll Bring Along:
- Background in architecture, interior visualization, photography, game environments, or VR/AR
- Strong spatial awareness and ability to think in 3D environments
- Keen eye for composition, perspective, and depth in visual design
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with JavaScript for layout and interactivity
- Experience with 360° authoring platforms (e.g., Pano2VR, 3DVista, Matterport, Marzipano)
- A logical problem-solving mindset, balancing technical precision with creative design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to explore new creative tools, platforms, or techniques
Bonus points for:
- Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or immersive 3D workflows
- Familiarity with RentCafe or other property marketing platforms
What You'll Do:
- Create and build interactive 360° virtual tours that accurately represent real-world layouts and navigation flow
- Plan and map capture points for logical movement and clear spatial storytelling
- Implement branded visual themes across all scenes, ensuring consistency and polish
- Add interactivity - hotspots, info overlays, media embeds, or links - using HTML/CSS and light JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (photo editors, designers, project managers) to meet design and delivery goals
- Optimize tours for usability, visual coherence, and performance across browsers and devices
