Adecco is looking for a Key Account Manager, for one of our clients, an international company.
The Key Account Manager will develop and manage key customer relationships, drive category growth, and increase sales in line with company objectives. The role requires strategic account management, execution excellence, and collaboration across internal and customer teams.
- University degree (business or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in key account management or sales within FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customer accounts.
- Develop and execute customer business plans to deliver sales, profitability, and growth targets.
- Lead the implementation of promotional and innovation activities across assigned customers or categories.
- Monitor performance metrics (sales, distribution, market share) and identify gap-closing actions.
- Ensure pricing, contracts, and portfolio compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market and customer data to identify new opportunities and improve performance.
