- University (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree in Business or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within the FMCG industry (must-have)
- Experience with fresh product categories is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in independently managing annual negotiations with retail partners
- Strong analytical mindset, enjoys working with data and identifying actionable insights
- Confident Excel user with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade dynamics and category/channel management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and result-driven personality with a strategic mindset
- Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written)
- Valid Category B driving license
- Develop and execute the Key Account strategy in alignment with Danone’s business objectives and category priorities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with assigned retailers, understanding their short- and long-term strategic and financial goals.
- Lead annual negotiations and joint business planning, ensuring optimal terms, promotions, and margin management.
- Translate shopper and customer insights into actionable plans to drive category growth and improve shelf performance.
- Monitor and manage account budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI optimization.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers, leveraging scorecards and performance metrics.
- Champion the use of customer P&L and channel profitability tools to enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of plans.
