We are looking for motivated kitchen assistants! This position is ideal for those who want to develop their skills in the culinary field and gain valuable international experience. Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance in the process of cooking main dishes – supporting chefs in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
- Supervising products consumption – monitoring the use of ingredients to minimize waste and ensure efficient stock usage.
- Ingredients cleaning and heat treatment – washing, preparing, and pre-cooking ingredients for further use.
- Slicing and chopping – performing basic kitchen tasks such as cutting, dicing, and portioning food items.
- Serving – assisting in plating and presenting dishes before serving to guests.
Salary:
From €2500 to €3000 - per month, accommodation, three meals per day, airline tickets from Milan or Rome and back – at the employer's expense.
Requirements:
- education – secondary or secondary specialized;
- basic English language knowledge;
