We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead System Analyst to join our E-commerce team.
You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation of IT components within our ecosystem. Your role will involve collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes, validate technical solutions, and support the entire project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful implementation of projects requiring IT components, such as applications, modules, and information systems
- Analyze business stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications through CRD (Change Request Document)
- Create and maintain both technical and functional documentation
- Facilitate communication and alignment of technical requirements with internal partners (Romanian) and external partners (English) using standardized request submission processes
- Validate technical solutions provided by partners through FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), ensuring optimal integration of applications, infrastructure, data, and business processes
- Offer support during the project lifecycle, contributing to testing (e.g., writing technical test scenarios) and user acceptance testing (UAT), including UAT signoff
- Support the Change Management process by assisting with communication, organizational transformation, production deployment, and hyper-care activities
- Provide Level 2 support for applications and systems under your purview and assist Level 1 teams to improve repetitive processes
- Collaborate with external partners and internal IT teams to identify and propose improvements to technical solutions and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system analysis, technical specification creation, and IT project implementation
- Technical experience in the E-commerce domain, including familiarity with SAP Hybris solutions
- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Background in validating functional and technical documentation and ensuring seamless application-to-infrastructure integration
- Advanced proficiency in Romanian and English
