We are looking for a Location Financial Controller for our Timisoara location to elaborate professional financial and economic analysis and consult location/division/headquarter management to support operational decision making in line with Group Rules and Guidelines. The contract period can vary between 2 to 3 years, and during this period you will have the chance to be promoted on an unlimited term contract, based on your performance. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and analyzing the monthly closing, providing useful data/ suggestions for management decisions;
  • Contributes to standard / special financial reports preparation and analyses for location/ Division / VT management;
  • Contributes to the development of standard / special financial reports;
  • Is responsible for preparing presentations of the financial figures for the location / Division / VT management;
  • Is responsible for controlling and monitoring the working hours, preparing special reports and providing solutions for management to reach the Division's productivity and turnover targets;
  • Is responsible for controlling headcount, investments, costs, sales and manufacturing KPIs to reach Division's targets;
  • Contributes with optimization measures proposals (e.g. costs, processes);
  • Is responsible for collecting and providing input data for budget and forecasts;
  • Contributes in planning and organizing the budget and forecast process within location;
  • Is responsible for providing financial trainings for technical employees;
  • Contributes to implementing new global/ local tools/ methods/ projects to comply with group rules/ reporting guidelines.

 

Preferred Abilities:

  • Analytical skills;
  • Self-determination and cross-thematic way of thinking;
  • Comfortable with automotive technologies;
  • Clear and open communication and strong networking skills;
  • Good understanding of controlling and finance & reporting.

 

Qualifications:

  • University or Master Degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering;
  • At least two years of work experience within Finance/Controlling;
  • Knowledge in SAP-BW (Business Warehouse) is a plus;
  • MS Office Package knowledge (Excel; Outlook; Word; PowerPoint, KNIME, PowerBI);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
