- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Inventory Management and Integrity
- Ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies between physical and system stock.
- Responsible for the proper storage and preservation of raw materials, supplies, and finished products.
Goods Reception
- Receive goods from suppliers and verify their quantity and quality against accompanying documents (delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
- Immediately report any discrepancies or damages to the direct supervisor.
Material Issuance for Production
- Supply raw and auxiliary materials to production departments based on consumption notes or other supporting documents.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid interruptions in the production flow.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Complete warehouse cards, handover reports, consumption notes, and other activity-specific documents.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of all related records.
Periodic and Annual Inventory
- Actively participate in inventory counts, measuring, weighing, and verifying stock items.
- Assist in identifying and explaining any stock discrepancies.
Warehouse Organization and Layout
- Arrange goods systematically, respecting storage criteria (condition, perishability, etc.).
- Ensure easy and quick access to required materials to optimize operational time.
Cleanliness and Safety Maintenance
- Maintain order and cleanliness within the warehouse.
- Ensure all operations are carried out safely and in compliance with occupational health and fire prevention standards.
Stock Reporting and Planning
- Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor when items reach minimum thresholds.
- Contribute to estimating material requirements for upcoming periods.
Handling Equipment Operation
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks) for moving and stacking pallets.
- Check the equipment’s condition before each use.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
