What will you be doing as a MAINTEANCE MANAGER
Coordinates the entire maintenance activity from a mechanical and electrical point of view and provides support for the optimal development of the other related activities in the Bunge Romania
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Planning and verifying the work of the employees in the department: This includes coordinating the activities of the maintenance teams and delegating tasks.
- Monitoring and analyzing predictive maintenance activities, preventive maintenance, regular maintenance and efficiency of lubrication programs.
- Implementing ARROP procedures for existing and newly purchased equipment.
- Ensuring that employees are receiving the necessary training courses.
- Developing procedures and instructions for maintenance to ensure compliance with safety, specifications, standards and procedures.
What you can bring to the role:
- Higher studies on technical profile
- Experience in the field – 5 years in a similar position
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
