We are seeking a skilled MDM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic MDM Development Team. In this role, you will play a significant part in understanding, designing, and implementing customer requirements for Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. Your expertise will contribute to streamline processes and enhance our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with the Development Team to gather and analyze customer requirements, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end implementation;
- Process Translation: Partner with process experts to convert customer needs into efficient, system-supported processes that drive business value;
- Technical Design: Collaborate with Developers to design and document technical implementation details, ensuring alignment with best practices;
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Leads/MDOs, and Developers across teams to maintain a consistent procedural and technical architecture;
- Continuous Learning: Actively seek opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the process chain and related areas, fostering personal and team growth.
- Standardization Initiatives: Drive synergies across customers within the same process chain to promote standardization and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in SAP MDM/MDG, including configuration, data modeling, and business rule frameworks;
- Process Expertise: In-depth understanding of the end-to-end process chain within the team’s scope, with expertise in multiple process segments;
- Business Acumen: Strong grasp of the overall business model and its implications for related processes;
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of STIBO MDM STEP and technical aspects, APIs, and token-based architecture;
- Integration Skills: Advanced knowledge of REST APIs and legacy system interfaces;
- SAP Proficiency: In-depth understanding of SAP modules, with specific module expertise preferred;
- Integration Experience: Previous experience with Salesforce and/or SAP integration is essential;
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences;
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in agile teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills;
- Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing stakeholders and collaborating with both technical and business teams;
- Agile Methodologies: Extensive hands-on experience with agile methodologies within a program environment;
Preferred Qualifications:
- STIBO Systems STEP Certification is a plus.
