We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights and eager to contribute to the evolving landscape of risk and ESG. As a Data Analyst in our team, you will be much more than a data cruncher-you'll act as a key bridge between business needs and technical implementation. Your work will directly influence the quality, consistency, and usability of out data.
What You'll Do

* Analyze business requirements and translate them into well-defined functional specifications for data-related solutions.
* Design data solutions to support credit risk models, ESG scoring, regulatory reporting, and strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with IT and model development teams to ensure accurate data provisioning and alignment across systems.
* Take ownership of data governance activities, including data quality monitoring, metadata management, and data lineage documentation.
* Facilitate alignment on data definitions and standards across departments, ensuring data is trustworthy, transparent, and well-documented.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support decision-making and ad-hoc analyses.
* Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal risk assessments by providing clear documentation and data insights.
* Collaborate across teams and across legal entities to ensure alignment on data definitions, structures, and governance.

What We're Looking For

* A university degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Solid experience with data management and database languages (especia lly SQL).
* An analytical mindset and a strong attention to detail.

What would be a plus

* Technical skills (Python, SAS, Power BI,…) for data analysis and automation purposes
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks
