Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a leading international group in thermal comfort solutions, for a Microsoft Backend Chapter Lead.
The role
You will lead an international team of Dynamics 365 specialists, driving the design and evolution of the Group’s Sales, Marketing and Service solutions and the adoption of Microsoft AI and data platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Service), both functional and technical
- 3+ years leading international, cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform and integration architectures
- Experience with Agile and ALM practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies and Microsoft certifications are a plus
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Fluent English
- Lead, mentor and grow an international chapter of D365 analysts, developers and specialists
- Drive the architecture and evolution of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Service across brands and markets
- Act as the main expert on the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and business stakeholders
- Define development standards, DevOps and ALM practices
- Drive the adoption of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Microsoft Fabric
- Manage external partners and vendors
