What we are looking for:
- Cisco networking skills for Switching (Catalyst, Nexus), Routing (Cico ISR and ASR) and Wireless, nice to have will be experiences with Cisco Catalyst-Center (former DNA center) and Meraki
- Routing skills: For a junior or advanced level a general knowloege of dynamic routing with dynamic routing protocols like OSPF and BPG, for an expert good knowledge and good practical experience with dynamic routing protocols
Desirable previous experience:
- ITIL framework
- Monitoring of network assets
- Any kind of experience in automation or general programming and scripting skills
- Firewall skills - especially for Juniper and/or Fortinet firewalls
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco-based networks
- Handle service requests, incidents and production environment changes (Jira) via ITIL
- Apart of ticket based work, there are also project based tasks such as end-of-life (EoL) and new implementation projects (for existing customer sites and new clients added to Arvato portfolio)
- Communicate with IT stakeholders, including customer teams, service managers, and internal colleagues for other teams
