You’ll ensure the reliability and scalability of the company’s IT environment by installing, maintaining, and upgrading systems, monitoring infrastructure performance, and responding to incidents.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Spiceworks
- Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigations
- Create and manage Active Directory accounts and security groups
- Provide access to shared drives and network printers
- Update DNS records and manage basic network configurations
- Start/stop Windows services and recycle IIS application pools
- Install and manage SSL certificates
- Perform disk clean-up and optimize VM resources (CPU, RAM, HDD)
- Assist in VM creation and decommissioning
- Execute OS patching (manual and automated) using SCCM, Ansible, or Batchpatch
- Troubleshoot Citrix sessions and published applications
- Maintain and update technical documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system/network administration
- Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with basic configuration and diagnostics of network devices (Cisco, Juniper)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Exposure to virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash) are a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow procedures
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams
- Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA or CCNP, are a strong advantage
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
