Your impact
As a Payroll Specialist within the HR Shared Services Team EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payrolls across the UK, Italy, and other EMEA regions. You’ll collaborate with internal HR and benefits teams, as well as external vendors, to support payroll operations, streamline processes, and contribute to a seamless employee experience.

What you need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UK payroll processing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
- European language skills are a plus, but not required
