Adecco is looking for a skilled HR Business Partner , ready to join a top player company within Telecom industry.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities associated with the position would be to:
- Support leaders in execution of People Processes and Programs, giving mentorship and direction to secure quality, compliance, and speed Lead different People organizational change programs related to your business domain as well as be involved in local & central People projects;
- Drive recruitment process in the organization;
- As People professional – to follow competencies as: business acumen, strategic consulting, relationship management will be mandatory to be delivered on daily basis activities;
- Track development needs and implemented measures for Leadership & Talent development Programs for target groups
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
- Experience from independently driving recruitment process and different change management programs and projects within HR (e.g., organizational transformations, cultural transformation programs);
- Skilled/ experience in recruitment.
- Experience in a similar position is required.
- Skilled in Romania labor law.
- Strong interpersonal - presentation, negotiation & communication – skills.
- Ability to engage, mobilize, and influence people.
- Ability to work in teams on a virtual basis and drive influence in a matrix organization.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is a must.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP.
