Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultancy to clients interested in the company’s solutions
- Analyze and understand client requirements in detail, identifying relevant business opportunities
- Prepare technical presentations and budget proposals, including responses to RFPs and tenders
- Review procurement documentation and communicate client needs to the technical solutions department
- Coordinate the creation of technical offers and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Organize project meetings throughout the bidding and contracting process
- Monitor project implementation to ensure objectives are met
- Contribute to the development of the product and solution portfolio
- Maintain high-quality client relationships and deliver professional documentation
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical field
- Minimum 3 years in technical support, bidding, or sales
- Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware
- Familiarity with sectors such as critical infrastructure, airports, public safety, utilities, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and digitalization
- Experience in consultative selling, negotiation, cost evaluation, and profitability analysis
- Understanding of the IT&C market, competitors, and service/project types
- English proficiency – minimum B2 level
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Strong client orientation and solution-focused mindset
- Business thinking, initiative, and decision-making ability
- High level of adaptability, flexibility, and professional integrity
- Positive, authentic attitude and the courage to take a stand when needed
