We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Solution Consultant to join our expanding Data & AI practice.

This position connects technology to business value, enabling clients to leverage data for transformative results. You will contribute significantly to designing advanced data solutions, supporting business development initiatives, and providing strategic and technical consulting to deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients.

The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with excellent consulting and interpersonal abilities, excels in dynamic environments, and aligns client needs with contemporary data and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and expert teams to match client needs with data-driven solutions, bridging business challenges with our offerings
  • Oversee the entire presales process, including qualifying opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, conducting demos, and presenting to clients
  • Conduct workshops and client meetings to gather business objectives and technical requirements, ensuring solutions align with client goals
  • Design custom data solutions covering cloud-native platforms, data integration, advanced analytics, and AI/ML models to deliver actionable insights
  • Create competitive proposals, pricing approaches, and value propositions that lead to successful opportunities and engagement
  • Stay informed about advances in Data & Analytics, Cloud, and AI, providing strategic guidance to clients while fostering innovation within the practice
  • Support operational improvements by contributing to the creation of reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies
  • Mentor and share knowledge across the team, promoting skill development and best practice sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Extensive expertise (10+ years) in presales, solution architecture, or consulting, with emphasis on Data/AI technologies and corresponding business applications
  • Knowledge of data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP Data Services, ETL processes, data modeling, BI tools, and data visualization technologies such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with data science methodologies and capability to align technical solutions with client needs
  • Showcase of communication and storytelling abilities when simplifying complex technical concepts into digestible narratives for clients
  • Demonstrated competency in collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivering impactful presentations or pitches
  • Proficiency in designing detailed proposals, RFP responses, and engagement/pricing models for data-centric solutions
  • Understanding of strategic consulting principles, including recommendations and roadmap creation for future success
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)
