Join us as a Printing Service Delivery Manager and take ownership of our global managed print service —Streamline NX. This strategic role blends service management, technical expertise, and project leadership to modernize and optimize our print environment across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- As a Printing Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our global managed print service Streamline NX.
- This role is at the heart of delivering reliable, secure, and efficient printing solutions across the organization.
- You will manage day-to-day service performance, act as the primary contact for our global print platform and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high service standards.
- Your focus will include overseeing technical support for print infrastructure, coordinating the deployment of multifunctional devices, and ensuring seamless integration with business systems.
- You will take ownership of documentation and knowledge sharing, empowering IT support teams and end users with the resources they need. Vendor management will be a key part of your role, from negotiating contracts to monitoring compliance with SLAs.
- Beyond operations, you will drive process optimization and lead projects aimed at modernizing our print environment.
- Reporting directly to the Head of IT-Workplace, you will provide regular updates on performance metrics and ensure adherence to governance and security standards.
- This is a strategic role that combines service management, technical expertise, and project leadership to deliver a best-in-class printing experience for our global workforce.
Profile:
- 5 + years experience in IT Service Management or Managed Print Services;
- Experience in coordinating suppliers and managing SLA contracts;
- Previous involvement in projects to implement or optimize the printing infrastructure at the organizational level;
- Experience in managing incidents and problems in enterprise environments;
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management);
- Experience in collaborating with global and cross-functional teams;
- Experience in KPI analysis and reporting to management;
- Experience in managing change and communicating with end users.
- Fluent English language skills (German language skills are an advantage)
