What will you be doing in this role:
Our future colleague will drive the standardization and harmonization of the process across different regions and functions, minimizing variations and promoting consistency.
This will be done through the following activities:
- Performing process design, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy and goals.
- Drive the standardization and harmonization of the process across different regions and functions, minimizing variations and promoting consistency.
- Monitoring and managing process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency gains
- Leading initiatives to continuously improve the process, leveraging best practices, technology, and data analysis
- Collaborating with various stakeholders across different departments and regions, building consensus and fostering a culture of collaboration
- Managing the change process associated with process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption
- Ensuring the process complies with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies
What do we expect from you:
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure
- Experience in Agribusiness/ Agri commodity trading industry preferred
- Experience in working with SAP system
- Experience in working in a GCC (Global capability center) environment preferred
- Advanced English skills
