We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Product Manager who will take responsibility for managing the company’s medical product portfolio, supporting sales activities, developing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product implementation and after-sales support.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in Product Management, Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Technical Sales, or a related field.
- Good understanding of medical equipment and healthcare environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with medical professionals and technical teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into practical solutions for customers.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Technical background or experience with service engineering, biomedical equipment, or medical technologies is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop assigned medical product lines, ensuring strong product knowledge and market positioning.
- Visit customers (hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and partners) to present products, demonstrate functionalities, and provide technical guidance.
- Act as a product expert by explaining technical features, benefits, and applications of medical equipment.
- Support customers during product installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and basic technical interventions when required.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Provide training and product demonstrations for clients and internal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support business development activities.
- Collect market feedback and customer insights to improve product strategy and service quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product updates, technical issues, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the medical equipment sector.
