- Planning and management of IT projects within a cross-functional (GS, CI, GB) agile international teams;
- Responsibility for an agile squad;
- Setting sprint goals;
- Responsibility for brown field projects;
- Creation of requirements and user stories;
- Monitoring and acceptance of sprints;
- Requirements engineering & management using design thinking patterns and UX;

- Responsibility for the planning and operation of BI and machine learning applications, including
- the implementation of ML models for data analysis and prediction.
- Analysis of sustainable trends in the BI and analytics environment, as well as in the field of machine learning, and their integration into existing platforms.
- Identification of use cases for machine learning and development of strategies for
- implementing and scaling ML solutions.
- Reads, understands, and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
- Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
Studies:
- University Diploma;
- High school Diploma.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Education: Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- Experience and Expertise: Several years of experience in agile software projects; experience in one or more of the following areas: agile software development, requirements management, data analytics, data warehousing, ETL; several years of professional experience in managing and taking responsibility for Business Intelligence applications based on Microsoft SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, and PowerBI; experience in an operational purchasing environment is a plus; passion for new technologies and applications.
- Personality and Working Style: You are a team player and possess a confident and assured demeanor; you work independently and in a structured manner; you present yourself confidently and assuredly to both internal clients and your own team. You can represent your point of view argumentatively and convincingly.
