Our recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager for our partner, one of the largest integrators of IT and physical security solutions for national and European critical infrastructure.
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the project team, facilitating collaboration and resolving obstacles swiftly.
- Develop and maintain detailed activity plans, including execution schedules and resource estimates.
- Manage the project budget according to internal procedures, tracking expenses, and processing settlements.
- Maintain continuous communication with partners and stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations and deadlines are met.
- Plan and coordinate the procurement of materials and services in line with the project execution plan.
- Organize and lead internal status and review meetings, preparing necessary documentation and progress reports.
- Monitor ongoing work to ensure alignment with established objectives for quality, cost, and timeline.
- Participate in the formal acceptance of deliverables and verify compliance with project specifications.
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, economic, or management discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with budgets and numerical data.
- Results-driven, able to take ownership of decisions, and proactive in addressing challenges.
- Positive attitude and structured approach to problem solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Valid Category B driving license and availability for occasional travel.
