We’re committed to delivering an intuitive, reliable, and frictionless hands-on experience for every user who touches LiveLabs. LiveLabs isn’t just a workshop platform. It’s how thousands of developers, customers, and partners learn, experiment, and explore the Oracle AI Database. For many users, it’s their first impression of our technology. We take that seriously. Really seriously. And we can’t deliver this experience without you. We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-obsessed, user-focused Quality Assurance Engineer (IC2) who cares as much about clarity and consistency as we do. Someone who loves solving problems, spotting issues others miss, and helping teams deliver their best work.
Here’s the kind of person we’re looking for.
You thrive in collaboration.
You make the people around you more effective.
You enjoy working with developers, content authors, program managers, designers, and support teams and you help them raise the bar.
You’re organized and relentless about quality.
You see missing steps, broken flows, inconsistent instructions, and outdated screenshots long before others do.
You don’t just find issues. You help others understand them and fix them.
You’re a fantastic advocate for the user.
You know that workshops tell our product story, and you want that story to be accurate, smooth, and frustration-free.
You follow rules when they matter, and you know when better process will improve outcomes.
You’re adaptable, curious, and comfortable supporting a fast-evolving platform.
You don’t claim to know everything, and you love learning.
You’re inspired by helping others succeed. Whether that’s a workshop author confused about a step, or a user stuck halfway through a lab.
You might have learned QA through formal training, through technical curiosity, or by being the person everyone goes to when something “just doesn’t work.”
What matters most is your mindset, your attention to detail, and your commitment to user experience.
This position is open to remote employees.
