Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.</span></p></div></div><div style='padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent'><div style='font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word'><H2 style='font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px'>Your Role</H2></div><div><ul><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Participate in the projects that may be related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trustful advisor for client within the area of expertise;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Learn and apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes;   </span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Participate in the Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, leading the different work project work streams and supporting the documentation of agreed solutions and decisions;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Prepare the final deliverables for Client depending on the scope of project, i.e. business requirement documents, solution documents, technical designs, benchmarking report out;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Under limited supervision and guidance of project manager - make convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client; </span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Facilitate client meetings within own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders.</span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent'><div style='font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word'><H2 style='font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px'>Your Profile</H2></div><div><ul><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Proven experience (at least 7 years) and strong process knowledge within finance following area: Record-to-Analyze (R2A) – General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Period End Close, Reconciliation, Reporting;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Proven experience in one of the following roles: Project Stream Lead / Solution Lead for at least 1 year;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Experience in process documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) preparation and in process mapping in Visio or Business Optix or Signavio (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Continuous Improvement, Client value and Innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered;</span></li><li style='font-size:10.0pt'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Good communication and presentation skills.
